Gmail had added an option for their users to personalize the look and feel of their interface by selecting among the 30 themes.

 

Sweet isn't it? Unfortunately, not all Gmail accounts has this option installed in their own Gmail instance, but do not worry, it's just that it would take them sometime to get that function working in all servers...

I had finally succeeded in creating my own theme for this blog...

It just needs a bit more tweaking and it would be great!

Friendster website has been unstable for the past few days and a lot of rumors had been going on about the sudden downtime and incorrect friends listings display. As the title obviously states, this is going to be my Tech Blog...well it would be a mix actually, of product/software reviews, web designing/(ASP.NET) developing tutorials, showcasing latest projects and probably house some free skins and/or templates, wallpapers, banners, and other tools I'm going to make and all that crap. Hopefully I can pull this one off properly. I mean, it would be such a waste of webspace after all.

I am a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer. I was actually jobless when I decided to take the exams so I had enough time to focus on my self-studying as well as honing my skills in .NET (1.0, 1.1 Framework) programming. It wasn't easy, and I since I never really took review classes, so I was never confident that I will pass the exams. To make the long story short, I passed all five certification exams and the title helped me find a good job in this country.

But as any other technology, .NET evolves really fast, certification exams for my title will "expire" (as Microsoft say) in March 2009 and even if my title will still be valid, it is wiser for me to pursue on "upgrading" my certification as well. I will have to pass 2 certificaton exams and after that, I will have the title Microsoft Certified Professional Developer.

The only problem I have is that I do not have time to review since I am too busy here in the office...

Despite of the fact that I already have another blog, I decided to create a new one that is more related to my line of work, so this blog would be more about IT, .NET web development and web design. This blog is actually hosted in a .NET hosting environment so I can at least, showcase my .NET programs (and/or templates for open-source .NET applications) here (if I do post any). Aside from those I would probably also add WP skins, pc graphics and all that crap, but then again, I'm not yet sure...
